Before starting AAROHA, I built my foundation working with some of India’s leading design studios — Livspace, HomeLane, and Creative Modules — translating clients’ everyday needs into spaces that are functional, beautiful, and personal.
That experience shapes how I work today: listening first, staying hands-on through every detail, from concept to final execution.
Using tools like SketchUp and V-Ray, I help clients visualize their home long before it’s built.

I am Rtn Dr Nageshwar Vijapur founded my Company MEGHANAS PROPERTIES 20 Years ago. Built more than 25 PGs in Electronic City Phase 1 in association with many of my Friends & Relatives. After Renting these PGs Sold them to many of my known People who were wanting to buy tenanted PROPERTIES. Even now 2 of our PGs are for Sale.
I & my associates have done Layouts in Bidadi ( INFOCITY where I am Secretary now ), in Yelahanka Rajanakunte (TRANQUIL ARC LAYOUT where i am Excecutive Committee member now ), in Devanahalli WOODRICH LAYOUT.
In these Layouts I buy & Sell Sites. Hundreds of People have invested in PROPERTIES referred by me & made huge Profits.
I have a passion also to Act & so far I have acted in more than 25 movies & 30 Kannada Seriels & organised more than 200 Entertainment Events & Anchored these Events Successfully. My major Role in VISHWA ROOPINI SRI VASAVI movie brought me huge accolades very much Name & fame. I have been Chief Guest in many organisations & given Selfie to more than 50k fans so far.
Now after 20 Years of Meghanas Properties I have started New Venture AAROHA ARCHITECTS, BUILDERS,INTERIORS AND PROPERTIES CONSULTANTS along with my Architect Son Gagan & Interior Designer Expert daughter Meghana.
Our Aim is to give 100% Customer Satisfaction in All our Forthcoming Projects & Every Client can believe us blind folded.
